Nameless grave of the World War II soldier

According to local history, a Polish Army soldier returning from the front to his family was killed by unknown assailants in 1945.

In 2005, a monument was erected on the site of the soldier's grave. It was established on the initiative of the Municipal and Communal veterans' association of the Republic of Poland, Former Political Prisoners in Poniatowa and the Poniatowa City Hall and Council.
